Apr 19 (Fri) – Update
To update or not to update, that is the question.
I’ll update..
Apr 18 (Thu) - The day started at the coffee shop with great conversation and rain coming down in sheets. The boys and I broke things up around 11am. Back home I boxed together all the stuff I needed to repair that harness. Then lunch. Then I bundled up and carried the box to the garage through a heavy drizzle. It was quite cool out.

I finished the harness by oh, around 5-ish I think. A test drive was uneventful. I brought the tools and stuff into the house but I didn’t put them away. Around 7:30 I had words with my local pharmacy, they finally had enough medicine on hand to fill my script so I went out and got it.

Back home I took a bunch of drugs, ate supper, and crashed.

Today dawned overcast and clammy. After some corn flakes I drove Kyle’s car to an auto parts store where they cleared three codes that were caused by the chewed up harness. That turned off the check engine light. I then put oh, about, forty five minutes of mixed city and highway miles on it, then went home..
Kim was prepping to head out with a friend for a hair appointment and a few other things. The kids arrived a few minutes after she left. The house swelled up with three more doggos making six all in. The kids took our car and headed to St. Louis for dinner, a comedy show, and a drive to central Illinois. There’s a birthday part there tomorrow. They’ll be back for their doggos sometime Sunday.

I am currently taking two things: a day off and plenty of Tylenol. Cheers.
